It’s been over 12 years since I’ve worked in Sydney - and I’ve been cooking this project up for the last 8 months. I’m proud to unveil Lee Ho Fook Sydney at the Porter House Precinct on Castlereagh Street. I bring all the signature dishes from Melbourne as well as Sydney exclusive dishes. We have two private dining spaces and a spacious diningtoom with a great bar for casual drop ins and a prestige wine list showcasing all good things old world and new.

We have a focus on premium seafood and beef. We are blessed with a charcoal oven so I can explore the range of Chinese BBQ and grilling techniques and flavours. My sister Nance is the venue manager and has helped bring this vision to life, along with esteemed executive chef Brad Guest and chef de cuisine Laxman Argeja - see you all at Porter House
