A heady blend of silk road spices - earthy and woody tasted cumin seeds, fragrant and elegant fennel seeds and tingly Sichuan peppercorns. Designed for our grilled lamb dishes inspired by the cuisine of Xinjiang and Dongbei in the north western provinces. This powerful mix of cracked spices add a complex and robust flavour to chargrilled, baked and fried meat and vegetable dishes - a marriage of Chinese, Central Asian flavours and the exciting influences of the silk road.
