T.I.N.A - lightly carbonated tea infusion, Melbourne, VIC

An invigorating oolong infused with honey bush, lemon myrtle, rose, pear juice, calamansi, monk fruit juice and roast coriander.

Made locally by Imogen and Chrissie from This Is Not Alcohol.

 Iron Goddess - Oolong Tea, Fujian, China

This is a high-altitude Oolong tea from Fujian. The tea is lightly oxidised before being rolled. The Iron Goddess has a signature       

floral scent of frangipani, osmanthus and honey.

 

 Lee Ho Fook House Blend Tea - White Peony, Jasmine Tea, Rose Petal

The Fujian classic white tea forms the base, lending the blend its savoury note which is counterbalanced

by the fragrance of red rose petal and silver jasmine tea

 

Phoenix Honey Orchid - Oolong, Guangdong, China

First starting with honeydew on the palate, followed with a refreshing mint-like cool,  lingering cinnamon coating.

Yunnan Red - Pu-Erh, Yunnan, China

Viscous mouthfeel paired gentle notes of vanilla, butterscotch and malt. Perfectly complementing anything savoury.

 

Iron Goddess - Oolong Tea, Fujian, China

    This is a high altitude Oolong tea from Fujian. It is lightly oxidised before being rolled.

The Iron Goddess has a signature floral scent of frangipani, osmanthus and honey.

 

Red Mystic - Black Tea, Yunnan, China

Fully oxidised giving it a molasses and sweet malt flavour profile are complimented by earthy flavours.

Genmaicha - Green Tea with roasted rice, Kagoshima Ken, Japan

Well balanced. Nori and maritime notes blend with toasted muesli on the backdrop.
