Sparkling Jasmine Tea with Plum syrup, Lee Ho Fook, Melbourne

An invigorating Jasmine tea infused with house made Plum syrup. Bright, refreshing and crisp.

 Milky Oolong - Meishan, Yulin County, Taiwan

Milky Oolong or “Golden Lily” was developed in Taiwan in 1980, named after its natural creamy texture and fragrance and flavour.  

 Lee Ho Fook House Blend Tea - White Peony, Jasmine Tea, Rose Petal

The Fujian classic white tea forms the base, lending the blend its savoury note which is counterbalanced

by the fragrance of red rose petal and silver jasmine tea

Dragon Well - Green Tea, Qiandao, Zhejiang, China

One of the finest and best known Chinese Green teas. Hand-pressed tea leaves produced a jade green colour with a silky texture.

Uplifting roasted chestnut aromas and a beautiful hearty aftertaste.  

Iron Goddess - Oolong Tea, Fujian, China

This is a high-altitude Oolong tea. Lightly oxidised before being hand rolled. The Iron Goddess has a signature floral scent of frangipani, osmanthus and honey.

Phoenix Honey Orchid - Oolong, Guangdong, China

A beautiful Oolong tea, noted for it sweet fruit and floral aromas, first starting with honeydew and rock melon on the palate,

followed with a refreshing mint-like cool, followed by a mild cinnamon coating.

Yunnan Red - Pu-Erh, Yunnan, China

A fully oxidised rich red tea, situated on the high rural mountain side at above 3000m elevation.

Viscous mouthfeel paired gentle notes of orange, spice and malt. Perfectly complementing anything savoury. 

Genmaicha - Green Tea with roasted rice, Kagoshima Ken, Japan

Well balanced. Nori and maritime notes blend with toasted muesli on the backdrop.
