Victor’s sister - Nance Liong (ex - Momofuku Seiobo, Fred’s, PS40) is the venue manager and executive chef Brad Guest (ex- Cafe Paci, Sixpenny, Sepia) helms the culinary operation.

However you choose to celebrate, meet or catch up - we have two private dining rooms and two large format round tables to suit your needs. Be it a celebratory occasion, a family dinner or a formal discreet gathering.
Affectionately named the ‘Duck Room’ as you can see the dry aging ducks in the dry-ager. And the ‘Wine Room’ as there is a wine cellar wall on display.
